Cold Weather Gas Surcharge
Effective January 11, 2005
Critter Camp's natural gas provider, West Texas Gas, has drastically
increased the cost of their product to us. In an effort to
continue providing quality service to our customers - and avoid an
across-the-board nightly rate increase - any pet who stays over a period
of time when the temperature drops near or below freezing will incur a
one-time-per-visit gas surcharge fee of $5.00. This will insure
your pet will stay warm and cozy. (This item will appear on the client's
bill as gas surchg.) We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Critter Camp will continue to provide your pet with the best of care.
